How to initiate a return

Any photos (e.g., in the case of damaged merchandise).

Order cancellation
Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Costs of returning goods
Barbara's Bags does not cover the costs of return shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods.
Return label request:
All returned orders must include a return label with the shipment. Returns without a return label may not be approved for a refund.
Conditions for returning items
Sale items cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. In this case, please provide proof (e.g., photos) when initiating the return.
Refund process
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
